YACam is a camera app and remote control companion for compatible Garmin watches. YACam does not create user accounts, include advertising or analytics SDKs, or operate a server that receives your photos, videos, or recordings.
Camera and microphone content is processed on your iPhone. Photos and videos are saved to the Photos library only after you grant permission. Captures may sync through iCloud according to your Apple settings.
Bluetooth and Garmin Connect IQ are used to exchange remote-control commands, connection state, and camera status with a compatible Garmin watch. Garmin services are governed by Garmin's own privacy policy.
YACam stores limited preferences on your device, such as the selected camera settings and saved watch selection. This information is not sent to a YACam server.
Camera, microphone, Bluetooth, and Photos permissions can be changed in iPhone Settings. Delete captures in Photos. Delete YACam to remove its local preferences and saved watch selection.
